Read It Later Community, Meet Justin

Hey all, Nate here. Customer support has always been one of the single most important aspects of Read It Later’s service. Whether you’re a free, paid, old, or new user, we want you to always be able to talk to someone here and know them by name. Admittedly, this was an area that certainly felt some growing pains over the last few months. That’s why I’m incredibly excited to introduce Justin, Read It Later’s new Community Manager. Justin joined us only a few short weeks ago but has already transformed our customer support into a well-oiled, customer-loving machine. So, without further ado: Read It Later community, meet Justin.

Meet Justin, Read It Later Community Manager

Hey there!

I’m thrilled to be joining Read It Later as the Community Manager. As a user, I have found Read It Later indispensable as a way of keeping track of the sites that I come across each day and now, I’m honored to represent the millions of Read It Later users who agree. Moving forward, I’ll be your point of contact to identify and resolve issues, field feedback and suggestions, reach out to developers to integrate Read It Later into their apps, and do everything I can to advocate for our users.

A little about myself: I have been living in San Francisco since 2007 and bike everywhere. I’m thrilled to live in a city with such a strong bike culture and whose climate allows me to get on my bicycle year-round. I love photography, and am one of the founding members of Brotogs, a photographer collective here in the city. I also post regularly to Instagram – follow me here: just1n.

I’ll be available to Read It Later users via our support site (help.readitlater.com), on Twitter (@ReadItLaterHelp) and Facebook, so please drop by to say hello!
